What it is
A firm, chewy blue raspberry cube rolled in sour sugar, intensely coloured and properly sharp.
Taste

Where it comes from
Cube shaped boiled sweets are the cheapest to make because a sheet is simply cut twice, and British confectioners have used the shape for over a century. Combining it with blue raspberry puts a modern American flavour into a traditional British format.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and modified corn starch with citric, malic and tartaric acids, coloured with brilliant blue and coated in sour sugar.
