Blue raspberry isn't a real fruit and nobody cares. It's the flavour of slush puppies, fairground days and the blue tongue you tried to hide from your mum, and Blue Raspberry Bon Bons are that flavour in chewy form. A soft, dense chewy centre with that sweet and slightly sharp blue raspberry hit, rolled in fine sugar dust.
They chew like a proper bonbon should, giving straight away and then lasting, with the tang coming through as the sugar coat melts off. The blue is bright, and it stays on your fingers.
