What it is
Gummy blackberries and raspberries with textured surfaces, deep coloured and jammy.
Taste
Where it comes from
Textured berry gummies are a European speciality, moulded with the bobbled surface that makes a raspberry look like a raspberry. They are among the more detailed shapes made, since each individual bobble has to fill properly.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and modified maize starch with pork gelatine, citric and lactic acid, coloured with carmine and vegetable carbon, glazed with carnauba wax.
