Known in Sweden as Mjölkko, or milk cow, Trolli Jelly Cows are as charming as sweets get.
They are soft, cow shaped sweets with a flavour that is both fruity and milky. The fruit is sweet and gentle, the milky note makes it smooth and creamy, and the combination is surprisingly hard to stop eating.
Put them in a bag with Strawberry Cream and Berry Strawberry and Vanilla for a soft, creamy mix, or let them graze beside Swedish Bjornar.
Glucose syrup, sugar, skimmed milk powder (6%), gelatine, acids (citric acid, lactic acid), gelling agent (pectin), flavourings, colouring foods (blackcurrant, carrot, elderberry, lemon, turmeric, safflower, caramelised sugar syrup), glazing agents (white and yellow beeswax, carnauba wax).
