Where it comes from
Made by Trolli, the brand of the German firm Mederer of Fürth, launched in 1975. Trolli built its name on playful shapes, and the cow is one of them.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and skimmed milk powder (6%) with gelatine, acids (citric acid, lactic acid), gelling agent (pectin), flavourings, colouring foods (blackcurrant, carrot, elderberry, lemon, turmeric, safflower, caramelised sugar syrup) and glazing agents (white and yellow beeswax, carnauba wax).
