Candy floss without the sticky fingers. Taffy Town Cotton Candy is a soft, whipped salt water taffy with that sweet pink candy floss flavour, and a texture that's airy and pillowy rather than a hard jaw workout. It melts more than it chews.
It's the genuine US made version from Taffy Town, a family run company that's been pulling taffy since 1917. Their trick is whipping egg white into the batch, which is why it's lighter than most taffy, and the pinch of sea salt is where the name salt water taffy comes from.
Pair it with Taffy Town Grape for a taffy pair, Candy Floss Fudge for a double candy floss hit, or Airheads Mini Assorted for a chewier contrast.
