Strawberries and cream is the only sensible reason to watch tennis. Strawberry & Cream Fudge captures the pairing in a soft pink cube: bright, sweet strawberry up front and a smooth clotted cream flavour underneath that rounds it off.
The Fudge Factory make it on their soya base, which means the cream in the name is a flavouring and there's no milk in the recipe at all. The pink is exactly the colour of a strawberry milkshake.
It's a natural fit with Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge and Vanilla Fudge, and it makes a lovely pastel box with Clotted Cream Fudge for a picnic or a hen do.
