A cheesecake is judged on its base, and this one has real biscuit in it. Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge layers a soft, sweet strawberry fudge over a crumb of wholemeal biscuit, then finishes it with white chocolate feathered with dark: topping, filling and base in the right order.
It's from The Fudge Factory's dessert range, made on their soya base, though the biscuit and the white chocolate coating both contain milk. The strawberry is jammy, and the biscuit stops it being one long sugar rush.
