Raspberry Twist Kisses are what you eat when you want something soft. Two ropes of foam, one blue and one white, twisted into a short chunky piece, with a raspberry flavour on one side and a sweet vanilla style cream flavour on the other. The texture is pillowy and gives up straight away.
Kingsway make them, and the cream part is a flavouring rather than actual dairy, so there's no milk in the recipe. The blue is a proper blue raspberry blue, so expect a tint on the tongue.
They sit naturally next to Strawberry and Crème, Milk Bottles and Raspberry Whips in a soft, pastel sort of bag. Not one for the sour crowd. Very much one for the person who eats sweets on the sofa with a blanket.
Contains beef gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians.
