Pear Drops

You can smell a jar of Pear Drops before the lid is off. That sweet, slightly sharp pear scent is one of the most recognisable in any sweet shop, and the drop itself lives up to it: hard and glassy, smooth at first, tangy as it wears down, and pear flavoured long after it has gone.

They come in the traditional pink and yellow, both the same flavour, which has never stopped anyone picking a favourite. Ours are made by Stockley's, who have been boiling sugar the old fashioned way for generations.

Pear Drops are a fixture of a proper retro bag. Put them with Barley Sugar, Fruit Drops and Aniseed Twists for a jar you could have bought in 1975.

Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains the colours E102 and E122, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Standard delivery is £3.99 and is free on orders over £50. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.

Sealed sweets can be returned unopened within 14 days.
