Brazil nuts and toffee is one of those old partnerships that nobody has managed to improve on. Nutty Brazil Toffee is a soft, chewy toffee made on 20% condensed milk and real butter, with chopped Brazil nuts folded through it so every bite has a bit of crunch and that mild, buttery nut flavour against the sweet toffee.
It's a Walker's Nonsuch recipe, with a genuine 5% Brazil nut. The toffee is a pale golden colour and softer than the treacle or liquorice versions, so the nuts stand out more.
It sits at the traditional end of the toffee shelf. Pair it with Creamy Toffee for the plain version, Treacle Toffee for the dark one, and Salted Caramel Toffee if you're building a wrapped selection for a gift.
