Everyone leaves the flat pack furniture shop with three things: tealights, a hotdog, and that bar of crunchy toffee chocolate. Butter Toffee Chocolate Fudge is that bar as fudge: soft, golden toffee fudge with a warm, toasty flavour and a dark chocolate coating that snaps before the fudge gives way.
The Fudge Factory make it on their soya base, so despite the name there's no butter or milk in the recipe. The toffee is a flavouring modelled on the Swedish bar, sweet with a burnt sugar edge.
It sits with Salted Caramel Fudge and Banoffee Fudge for a box of the golden ones, or with Chocolate Fudge to keep it simple.
Made on a soya base with no milk in the recipe, and no gelatine, so suitable for vegetarians. Contains soya. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Contains the colours E102 and E110, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
