Mini Birthday Cake Fudge is the party in small pieces. Soft, creamy fudge made with sweetened condensed milk, flavoured like birthday cake icing and finished with rainbow sugar strands. Sweet, smooth and gone in two bites.
It's a different recipe from our Birthday Cake Fudge. This one is a traditional condensed milk fudge, so it has a proper dairy creaminess, and the sugar strands on top give it a little crunch.
Put it with Vanilla Fudge and Clotted Cream Fudge for a creamy bag, or drop a handful into a party box.
