Lemon Bon Bons are the ones for people who find strawberry a bit sweet. A soft, dense chewy centre with a real lemon sharpness to it, wrapped in fine sugar dust that softens the first bite before the citrus comes through. Sweet, then zesty, then you want another one.
The flavour is natural lemon rather than a sherbet fizz, so it tastes like lemon curd more than lemon sherbet. Coloured with curcumin, which gives them a soft, warm yellow instead of a neon one.
