A chip shop sweet, only bigger. Jumbo Fizzy Chips are oversized soft jelly chip shapes in a mix of bright colours, each with a fizzy sugar coat that tingles and a soft, mixed fruit chew underneath. One chip is a proper mouthful, and the jelly is soft enough that you don't have to work at it.
They're made with vegan ingredients, with corn starch doing the setting, and the fizz is malic and citric acid in the coating. The colours are the loud kind.
They suit a sour bag with Melon Slices and Sour Apples, or Fizzy Tongues if the bag is for a party and needs a laugh. Fizzy Chips are the smaller version if you want more pieces per scoop.
