Jelly Blue Babies

Take a jelly baby, dip it in blue, and give it some fizz. Jelly Blue Babies are soft, squidgy jelly baby shapes in a bright blue with a sweet berry flavour and a light fizzy sugar on the outside. They're softer than a traditional jelly baby, closer to a gummy, and the berry is more blue raspberry than blueberry.

There's no gelatine in these, which is unusual for a jelly baby. The set comes from corn starch instead, which gives a slightly cleaner bite, and the blue is the only colour used, so the whole bag is one shade.

Put them with Gummy Stars for an all blue scoop, or with Jelly Babies and Fizzy Blue Raspberries in a blue themed bag for a party.

Made with vegan ingredients and no gelatine.
