The moment the red cups come out in November, everyone suddenly drinks gingerbread. Gingerbread Latte Fudge lets you skip the queue: a soft, creamy fudge with a gentle warming ginger flavour and a sweet vanilla latte note behind it, finished with a coating of white chocolate feathered with dark.
It's made on a traditional sweetened condensed milk recipe, so it's one of the richer, more melting fudges in the range. The ginger is the biscuit sort and not the fresh root sort, warm instead of hot, which keeps it on the right side of pudding.
This is the full Christmas pouch with the tree shaped window on the front, a kilo of fudge ready to wrap. It belongs on the table with Mince Pie Fudge, and Gingerbread Men are the obvious partner.
