They're made by Vidal, and the two layers are what make them. A smooth gummy front sits on a soft foam base, so the bite starts bouncy and finishes fluffy. There's no ginger heat at all, which makes them an easy win with small children.
Stand them along the top of a Christmas cake, drop them into stockings, or serve them with Gingerbread Latte Fudge for a full gingerbread table. Put them next to Christmas Elves and you have the start of a workshop.
