Giant Shrimps

Nobody knows why shrimps, and nobody minds. Giant Shrimps are the big pink foam ones, the size of a real prawn and with the same curl, and they have that soft, slightly springy, melt at the edges texture that only a foam sweet has. The flavour is straightforward sweet raspberry, a little candyfloss like, with a faint lemony finish from the citric acid.

These are Kingsway's, which means they're the same shrimps that have been sat in pick n mix tubs for decades. The pink is beetroot red, a plant colour, and the recipe is a short one.

They're at the heart of any foam mix. Pair them with Foam Banana, Milk Bottles and Fried Eggs and you've got the classic four.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.
