A lolly you crunch instead of suck. Raspberry and Milk Crunch Lollies are the flat raspberry and milk chew lollies, still on their sticks, freeze dried until the chewy disc puffs up light and crisp and cracks in your teeth. Sweet raspberry, a soft milky flavour, and a stick to hold it by.

Freeze drying freezes the lolly and then removes the water under vacuum as vapour, so the sugar structure stays and fills with air. There's no heat, so the flavour is untouched, only more concentrated because there's no water left to soften it.

Pair with Raspberry and Milk Crunch Bites and Raspberry and Milk Crunch Bars to complete the set, or Cherry Crunch Sticks for another red fruit. Good in a party bag.
