The raspberry and milk chew bar is a British institution, and this is it with the water taken out. Raspberry and Milk Crunch Bars are the full size bar, freeze dried until it's puffed, crisp and honeycombed inside, so it snaps rather than stretches and melts on the tongue in seconds. Same sweet raspberry, same soft milky note.

Freeze drying happens well below freezing, under vacuum, so the water inside the bar goes straight from ice to vapour and out. The bar keeps its shape but loses nearly all its weight, and because nothing has been heated, the flavour is the flavour you remember, just stronger.

Pair with Raspberry and Milk Crunch Bites and Raspberry and Milk Crunch Lollies for the family, or Lemon Sherbet Blasts for the other great chew bar.
