Mini Sour Watermelon

Small watermelon slices, big attitude. Mini Sour Watermelon are the little pink and green watermelon jellies, freeze dried until they're light and crunchy, with a sour, fizzy coating that hits before the sweet watermelon flavour arrives. They're small enough to eat by the handful, which is exactly what happens.

Freeze drying freezes the jellies solid and then removes the water under vacuum, so the ice leaves as vapour and the jelly puffs up with air. It's why a soft, chewy slice ends up brittle and crunchy, and why the sour coating and watermelon flavour both taste stronger.

Pair with Freeze Dried Blue Raspberry Slices for a fruit slice bag, Sour Apple Sherbet Blasts for more sour, or Rainbow Fruit Puffs to sweeten things up.

Made without gelatine, though the colour E120 (carmine) is not suitable for vegetarians. Contains wheat (gluten). Contains sorbitol, so excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.

Sealed sweets can be returned unopened within 14 days.
