This was the bar you bought with the change from the paper round. Lemon Sherbet Blasts are lemon sherbet chew bars, freeze dried until they turn crisp and airy and snap clean in half. The lemon is sharp and bright, the sherbet fizzes as it goes, and the whole thing dissolves before you've finished thinking about it.

Freeze drying takes out the water, not the flavour. The bars are frozen and held under vacuum while the ice inside them turns to vapour, which is why they end up honeycombed and light rather than dense and chewy, and why the lemon tastes so much bigger.

Pair with Strawberry Sherbet Blasts for the classic pairing, Sour Apple Sherbet Blasts for a sharper fizz, or Aniseed Crunch Chews if you're building a retro bag.
