Remember the chew bars that fizzed? Strawberry Sherbet Blasts are that bar, sweet strawberry with sherbet folded through it, frozen and dried until the chew is gone and what's left is a crisp, feather light bar that fizzes as it dissolves. It is much more fun than it has any right to be.

The freeze drying happens at low temperature under vacuum, which lets the ice inside the bar turn straight to vapour. Because nothing is heated, the sherbet keeps its fizz and the strawberry keeps its flavour, only now with the volume up and the weight down.

Pair with Lemon Sherbet Blasts for the classic pairing, Strawberry Crunch Sticks for double strawberry, or Raspberry and Milk Crunch Bars for a full retro bar collection.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.

Sealed sweets can be returned unopened within 14 days.
