Aniseed Twists

Aniseed Twists do not care who they offend. These are hard boiled sweets twisted into a rope shape, deep red and glossy, with a warm, sweet aniseed flavour that fills your mouth and hangs about long after the sweet has gone. Not liquorice exactly, but from the same family and every bit as bold.

A proper old counter sweet, the sort your nan bought by the quarter and rationed. The twist shape makes them easy to spot in a mix, which matters when half the family avoids them and the other half hunts them down.

Put them with Aniseed Balls and Blackcurrant Liquorice for the aniseed lover, or with Army and Navy for a bag of the strong old flavours. One for a slow evening and a big cup of tea.

Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains the colours E102, E110 and E122, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Standard delivery is £3.99 and is free on orders over £50. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.

Sealed sweets can be returned unopened within 14 days.
