Is it acceptable to eat an after dinner mint at eleven in the morning? With this one, yes. Mint Chocolate Fudge is a smooth, pale green fudge with a clean, cool mint flavour, topped with a thin layer of dark chocolate coating that snaps slightly before the fudge gives way underneath.
It's made by The Fudge Factory on their soya base, with the mint pitched at the fresh, cooling end rather than toothpaste, and the chocolate coating dark and slightly bitter to cut through the sweetness.
Pair it with Peppermint Creams and Mint Chocolate Nibbles for an all mint selection, or with Chocolate Fudge to keep it in the family.
Made on a soya base with no milk in the recipe, and no gelatine, so suitable for vegetarians. Contains soya. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Contains the colour E102, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
