What it is
A red gummy bear flavoured with hot cinnamon, sweet at first and then genuinely warming.
Taste
Where it comes from
Cinnamon heat is an American tradition with no British equivalent, running from nineteenth century red hots through to modern gummies. The heat comes from cinnamon bark oil used at a concentration that registers as heat rather than flavour.
What it's made of
Sugar, corn syrup and potato starch with cinnamon flavouring, moulded as bears. No gelatine.
