What it is

Where it comes from
The sour skull is the sweet many people picture when they think of Scandinavian pick and mix. This one is made by Matthijs, the Dutch family firm founded in 1920.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and modified starch (wheat, maize, potato) with acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid, sodium malate, lactic acid), natural flavourings and colours (curcumin, E133).
