What it is
Soft red and green jelly candy canes rolled in sugar, with a sweet strawberry flavour. Made with vegan ingredients.
Taste
Where it comes from
A soft jelly take on the candy cane, set with starch in place of gelatine. The hard peppermint original has been a Christmas decoration since the nineteenth century.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and corn starch with water, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (E331), flavouring and colours (E133, E129, E102).
