Devon and Cornwall have a long association with dairy confectionery, from clotted cream fudge to butter toffee, built on the quality of the region's milk and cream. The sugar free version keeps the butter, which is what carries the flavour.

Maltitol with palm oil and butter from milk, flavouring, sunflower lecithin and plain caramel colour.
