Where it comes from
Millions were created in Scotland by Golden Casket in Greenock in the 1990s and became one of the most successful new British sweets of that decade, sold in tubes and bottles. The idea was to make the smallest possible chew and sell it by the thousand, and the name says exactly that.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and fully hydrogenated coconut oil with fruit juice from concentrate, extruded as a thin rope and cut into tiny cylinders, then polished.
