Where it comes from
Filled sour gummies combine co extrusion with a sour coating, giving two contrasts in one sweet, hard against soft and sour against sweet. The format became widespread in the 1990s and now dominates the sour category.

Glucose syrup, sugar and water with gelatine, acids E330, E296 and E270, a pectin gelling agent, acidity regulators E331 and E350 and brilliant blue colour.
