What it is
A mango flavoured gummy with a filling and a chilli note, sweet then warm.

Where it comes from
Chilli fruit sweets come from Mexico, where chilli and lime on fruit is everyday food, and they have spread through American and European confectionery over the last twenty years. Mango is the most common fruit used because its sweetness balances the heat.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and water with acidulants, a pectin filling, palm oil and chilli flavouring, co extruded and glazed with carnauba wax.
