What it is
Wild berry fruit sweets, freeze dried until they split open into light, crunchy puffs. Five berry flavours, one for each colour.
Taste
Where it comes from
Panned sweets get their hard shell by being tumbled in a rotating pan while thin layers of sugar syrup dry on them. Freeze drying makes the centre swell until the shell splits.
What it's made of
Sugar and corn syrup with hydrogenated palm kernel oil, citric acid, tapioca dextrin, modified corn starch and flavourings, coloured with E171, E129, E133, E132 and E120.
