Where it comes from
Filled fruit gummies are made by co extrusion, pumping a softer centre through the middle of a firmer shell. Peach is one of the most popular filled flavours in Europe and Asia, where peach is a far more common sweet flavour than it is in Britain.

Glucose syrup, sugar, water and concentrated peach juice set with gelatine, with glycerol as a humectant, co extruded around a softer centre.
