Filled Fruit Peach

The centre is the whole point. Filled Fruit Peach are soft, peach shaped gummies with a runny, juicy middle that bursts as you bite, so you get the sweet peach flavour twice: once from the gummy, once from the filling. The skin has that soft pink blush a real peach has.

They're the version sold in American candy stores, and unusually for a gummy there's concentrated peach juice in the recipe, which is why the flavour tastes like the fruit rather than the fruit's idea of itself.
