Yellow Bellies are the snake with a soft underside. The top is a bouncy Haribo gummy in a bright colour, the belly is a pale foam that gives way as soon as you bite, and the two together make a chew that keeps changing as you go. The flavours are mixed fruit, sweet and gentle, with a bit of caramel behind them.
Haribo colour them with an enormous list of fruit and plant concentrates, apple, aronia, blackcurrant, carrot, elderberry, grape, hibiscus, kiwi, lemon, orange, radish, safflower and spirulina, which is why they look bright without looking artificial. The glaze is beeswax.
Pair them with Jelly Snakes and Fizzy Jelly Snakes for a snake bag in three styles, or with Crocodiles for something with more bite. They're long enough to split, if you're feeling generous.
Contains gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians.
