Vimto has been a British institution for over a century, and putting it in a marshmallow makes more sense than it sounds. Vimto Marshmallows are soft, fluffy purple mallows with that unmistakable flavour: grape, raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of the herbs and spices that make Vimto taste like Vimto and not just fruit squash. The mallow is light and a little tangy, with malic acid giving it the fizzy drink sharpness.
These are made under licence with the real Vimto flavouring, natural fruit, herb and spice extracts included, so the taste is the genuine article rather than a purple approximation. The colour is a deep purple that stays on the outside.
They're a good surprise in a party bag and the obvious partner to Vimto Millions for a Vimto themed bag. Marshmallow Stars fill in alongside for a soft mix.
Contains pork gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians.
