It's the genuine US made version from Taffy Town, who've been pulling taffy since 1917 and make seasonal flavours like this one in small batches. The flavour is honey and vanilla by flavouring rather than actual honey, so it's a gentler sweetness than you'd expect.
It's a Halloween bag essential. Pair it with Gummy Pumpkins for a full autumn spread, or with Taffy Town Frosted Cupcake and Taffy Town Cotton Candy for a dessert taffy trio.
