They're small, soft vanilla marshmallows pressed into star shapes and lightly dusted so they don't stick, light enough that a handful is gone before you've noticed.
The colour sits on the outside and the inside stays white and fluffy. The flavour is plain sweet vanilla, nothing clever, which is exactly why children get through them so fast.
Put one on top of every Christmas Tree Marshmallow, scatter them over a hot chocolate, or thread them onto cake pops for the school fair. The Christmas pouch has a tree shaped window on the front, so it's ready to wrap as it is.
