Snowman and Snowflake Marshmallows are soft vanilla mallows in a mix of little snowmen, striped in pink, white and green, and plain white snowflakes. They're light, fluffy and sweet, and together they look like the front of a Christmas card.
They're made by Kingsway as part of their winter mallow range. The flavour is a gentle vanilla all the way through, and the colours come from curcumin, beetroot red and a touch of blue.
Sit a snowman on the rim of a hot chocolate, scatter the snowflakes over a tray bake, or bag them up for a stocking. Pair them with Christmas Tree Marshmallows and Penguin Marshmallows for a full winter scene, or with Snowflakes if you want the jelly version next to the mallow one.
