These Jelly Beans are made by Barratt, and the colours are the interesting bit. Rather than the usual synthetic dyes, the reds, yellows, greens and purples come from anthocyanins, lutein, carotenes, safflower and spirulina. They still look bright, they just look like fruit rather than plastic.
They're the sweet for filling a jar, topping a cake or handing round a party table. Put them with Jelly Babies and Dolly Mixtures for a soft, classic bag, or next to Crazy Jellybeans if you want to argue about which is better.
