Jammie Big Wheels takes the whole idea, soft fudge, biscuit pieces and a sweet jammy layer, and squashes it into one cube. It's soft and rich with a bit of biscuit grit, and the jam comes through at the end.
This one is made on a traditional condensed milk recipe rather than the soya base most of our fudge range uses, so it's noticeably creamy, with actual biscuit (wheat flour and cocoa) folded in rather than just a flavouring.
It sits happily next to Jam and Biscuit Fudge, its close cousin, and Clotted Cream Fudge or Vanilla Chocolate Fudge if you're building a fudge box for someone who likes a cup of tea with it.
Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains wheat (gluten), milk and soya. May contain traces of tree nuts.
Keep somewhere cool and dry, and enjoy within a few weeks of opening.
