Funky Fruits are the sweet to hand to someone who thinks vegan gummies are worse. Soft, glossy gummies in fruit shapes and bright colours, with a sweet mixed fruit flavour that has some depth to it because there's concentrated apple, grape and pear juice in the recipe. The chew is soft with a pectin snap, closer to a real gummy than most vegan ones get.
Kingsway make them, set on pectin and maize starch with no gelatine and no wheat, and the colours are all from plants: spirulina, safflower, black carrot, grape, curcumin and paprika. The glaze is carnauba wax, so nothing from an animal anywhere.
Put them with Giant Strawberries and Apple Rings for a vegan fruit bag, or with Fruit Jellies for a softer mix. One of our best vegan sellers, and an easy one to build a bag around.
