A gummy shark should not be crunchy, and yet here we are. Deep Sea Crunches start life as blue raspberry gummy sharks and end up puffed to nearly twice the size, with a shell that shatters when you bite and a sharper blue raspberry hit than the gummy ever had.
That's freeze drying doing the work. The sharks go into a vacuum chamber well below zero and the water is pulled straight out, leaving the sugar structure behind. No water means no chew, just an airy crunch that melts on the tongue and a flavour that tastes turned up.
Build a blue mix with Freeze Dried Giant Dolphins and Freeze Dried Blue Raspberry Slices, or add Rainbow Fruit Puffs for a bag of every colour.
Contains gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians. Contains sorbitol, so excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
