Berry Blast Bars are chew bars made with the same style of mixed berry cordial flavouring and a blend of grape, blackcurrant and raspberry juice, freeze dried until they're crisp and airy and crumble at the first bite. Deep, fruity, faintly medicinal in the best way.
Freeze drying takes the bars below freezing and keeps them under vacuum until every bit of water has left as vapour. The juice and the flavouring stay put and taste stronger for it, and the bar ends up so light you'll think the bag is empty.
