The best part of baking cookies is the raw dough on the spoon, and this fudge knows it. Cookie Dough Fudge is a smooth, creamy fudge with a warm cookie dough flavour and small pieces of real cookie folded through it, so it gives softly and finishes with a bit of crumb.
It's made by The Fudge Factory on a traditional recipe with skimmed milk and butter, which is why it's richer and more melting than the soya based fudges in the range. The cookie pieces are proper baked cookie, made with rice flour and carob, and they keep a little crispness.
Line it up with Cookies and Cream Fudge and Caramelised Biscuit Fudge for a bakery box, or keep it simple next to Vanilla Fudge. Leave it on the desk of whoever always finishes the biscuits.
Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains milk and soya. May contain traces of eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
