Bubs Pear are large, soft foam sweets in a pear shape with a clean, sweet pear flavour that tastes like the syrup from a tin of pears rather than a fresh one. The foam is Bubs' signature texture: springy, dense and chewier than a marshmallow.
Bubs have been making foam sweets in Sweden for decades and these are one of the originals. The colour is a soft green from chlorophyll, and the flavour is gentle enough to eat a lot of.
They're a good starting point for anyone new to Swedish sweets. Put them with Bubs Pomegranate and Bubs Tutti Frutti for a fruit foam bag, or next to Bubs Banana and Caramel for the two softest flavours on the wall.
