What it is

Where it comes from
Fruit caramels are an old fashioned corner shop sweet. Freeze drying turns a soft, sticky caramel into something that crumbles, which is the opposite of how it normally behaves.
What it's made of
Sugar and glucose syrup with fully hydrogenated coconut oil, citric acid, gelatine, glycerol and flavourings, coloured with curcumin and anthocyanins.
