What it is

Where it comes from
Made by Vidal of Spain, whose bombs are small sweets with a burst of flavour in the middle. Watermelon turns up again and again on the Scandinavian wall, usually with something sour or fizzy attached.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and gelatine with acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), humectant (glycerol), invert sugar syrup, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (sodium citrates), fruit and vegetable concentrates (radish, blackcurrant, carrot), flavourings and colours (E100, E133).
